I have been on Weight Commander for 1648 days
794 of those days I lost weight.
799 of those days I gained weight.
55 of those days - no change.
Still.... down 78.1 I must lose a lot more weight on days I lose.

Late lunch: chicken sandwich, coffee.
D: hamburger, brocoli, grapes.
574 days since beginning this thread.
185.9 today's weight
-14.2 down. the treadline is down.
