Better than last week, that's for sure. It is -- without hitting the realm of TMI -- it feels like a lot of pulling, more than anything else. I can (and do) walk, but in particular uphill walking can produce the pulling feeling. I'm walking at about half my usual speed.

And how are you doin'?

Not bad. My knees have been stiff and sore for a while, so I have lowered the
intensity of my jogs to "sashay". It seems to be working. In another month,
I'll slowly increase the speed.
