JPB - if you can, check out what Alton Brown's done in terms of non-diet. He's lost about 50 pounds in the past year - not dieting, adjusting his lifestyle.

B: Piece of pizza,(I know, what a maroon!),Coffee, Apple
L: more pizza (that's all of it.)(Must look up "Delaying Gratification") more coffee.
E: Walked up the hill/stairs to get groceries, then did a little loop in the brisk air. about 2.2 miles. Did lightweight arm curls 1x25 each.
D: Most excellent Lamb Stew, one glass of wine and a roll. A bit of cheese.

I'm on a roll.

I went out of town Tues afternoon thru Wed for a funeral. I did ok on food choices. Car snacks were helpful.
