Fat slice of homemade banana walnut bread and 1 cup of coffee with splash/2% fat milk

romaine lettuce + sliced avocado + a couple of chopped olives and (canned) diced jalapenos of so called medium heat, but don't believe it, and buttermilk mayo dressing

gerolsteiner water

whiskey on ice while waiting for pizza to bake

pizza, two slices - dough, fontina, a little mozzarella, bit of dried tomatoes, some oregano leaves crunched, diced spanish raw onion, fresh hot italian sausage, parmesan (lots left over)

dilute raspberry lemonade
