I don't really want to make this an enormous post. Most of the time I had oatmeal for breakfast and I had a buncha PBJs for lunch, or leftovers. Dinners were turkey-based, generally. Sorry if this isn't up to my usual detailed standards; I'm just mentally wiped. But - here are the averages for 11/25 - 11/30:

Calories 1577.66 (lower than usual)
Fat 25.33 g (very low)
Carbs 258.33 g (in range but I did have one very high day)
Protein 84.17 g (in range)
Sodium 2124.7 mg (in range but a couple of days were very high)

Original Weight: 346 lbs.
Current Weight: 178.6 lbs.
Difference from last week: down 2.8 lbs.
Overall difference: down 167.4 lbs.

In another 6 lbs. I will have lost half my starting weight.

Oh and here I am, this was taken right before my reunion on Saturday. The skirt is a size 12 and too big for me:
