Lunch: Green Beans (snap), 0.25 cup
Mashed Potato, with skin, 0.5 large
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces
Brown Rice, medium grain, 0.5 cup
Slow Cooker Jambalaya, 1 serving

Dinner: Tilapia, 4 oz
Couscous, 1 cup
Skim Milk, 1 cup
14 oz mixed greens salad
Broccoli, 1 cup

Snack: Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain (6 oz)
Fruit Salad, 0.25 cup

CALORIES 1712 CARBS 270 g FAT 29 g PROTEIN 154 g Sodium: 1894 mg

Results aren't up yet but I got a new PR and finally broke not only the 40 minute mark, but the 39 minute mark as well.

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Blueberries, fresh, 0.5 cup
Jam, 1 tbsp
Cheerios Cereal, 1 cup
Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, reduced fat, 1 tbsp
Fiber One Country White Bread, 2 servings

Lunch: Quiznos Honey Bourbon Chicken Sandwich, 1 serving
Quizno Honey Mustard Dressing, 1 serving

Dinner: Skim Milk, 1 cup
14 oz mixed greens salad
Artichoke and veg pizza (1/4 pie)

Snack: Fiber One Oats and Chocolate Chewy Bar, 1 bar
Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain (6 oz)
Fruit Salad, 0.25 cup

CALORIES 1570 CARBS 268 g FAT 33 g PROTEIN 66 g Sodium: 2663 mg <-- too much salt but not really an issue after all that exercise.

Original Weight: 346 lbs.
Current Weight: 183.2 lbs.
Difference from last: down 2.2 lbs.
Overall Difference: down 162.8 lbs.

E: ran 3.6 miles, right knee still a little twitchy :|Gorgeous days of Autumn!!
E: did curls and 20 crunches
L: cold cuts, a bit of cheese, the last of the Gatorade
S: banana w/cinnamon and sugar pack smashed onto a piece of toast. Coffee
Rest: two hour nap 3-5pm
D: Shrimp, salad, two beers.

I wrote yesterday that graft is downward, that's true and the GRAPH is downward as well. duh.

Yesterday's big cardio was waiting around to be laid off. So -- I will do what I can to not medicate with food, plus I'll see what I can do with my gym. I'm paid through the end of the year -- they said they'd work with me past that if I needed it. And so it goes.

Snack: Apples, fresh, 1 medium
Fruit Salad, 1.25 cup
Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain (6 oz)

As of today, it's been four and a half years since I joined Weight Watchers. I've lost 127.2 pounds and about 9 sizes. I've gained tons of energy and my health!

S: pear, 2 oatmeal/raisin/cinnamon chip cookies (I baked a kajillion, so two doesn't seem so bad. I gave most of them away, but the ones in the freezer may prove to be a temptation. I'm going to try to ignore them until T'giving.)
