5th vacation day -

two pieces of oatnut toast, one with land o lakes butter spread, one with 3 pepper hummus, three almond stuffed olives, two coffees with no sugar

family lunch with vietnamese treats - I had one fish cake, two shrimp with soy sauce chile flake dip, one fourth of a pork bao, a ham and cheese fourth of a sandwich with cilantro, jalapeno, daikon and carrot added
two glasses arizona green tea
one wee sweet custart tart

glass chardonnay
smallish margerita
beef taco, crispy - I couldn't find the chile relleno under the bath of cheese and left it buried.

San Faustino water, which I'd brought along on the trip.

Vinaigrette, 2 tbsp
Tomatoes, 1 slice, medium
White Bread, 2 slices
Turkey (light meat), 6 oz

Dinner: 14 oz mixed greens salad
Slow Cooker Jambalaya, 1 serving
Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
Guacamole, 1 serving
Quinoa, 0.25 cup
Rice Cakes, 2 cakes

Snack: Apples, fresh, 1 medium
Fruit Salad, 1.25 cup
Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain (6 oz)

I think a certain "rebound" is normal after a marathon.
Hold on.
You know what you should be eating and how much exercise to get.
Do that and the ship will right itself.

2 black coffees
1 piece oat nut toast with schmear of 3 pepper hummus

1/2 sandwich w toasted rye, "junior" stack of pastrami, dab of russian dressing on one bit of the toast, mustard on the other
1/2 dish of coleslaw
took "doggie bag"

small piece of grilled steak, some whole wheat penne pasta w no sauce

1 whisky on ice

Wasn't it Joe Friday who kept refering to the guys working the Bunco Squad? Can't you just see the ladies rolling them bones and yelling "Box Cars."
