Bicycle racing also sometimes scares me to watch..

I guess marathoners are steady souls who know to wait their turn to start the run - not the same situation as unruly people at soccer matches in Sicily..

two slices baked eggs (eggs, olive oil, chopped olives/ dried tomatoes/pickled garlic/jalapenos, leftover spaghettini w tomatoes, onions, basil, feta cheese)

another coffee
grapefruit juice, diluted

Mushroom soup, two bowls - sauteed slivered onion, many sauteed sliced mushrooms, chicken broth plus much water, two cloves garlic minced, cavatelli pasta, two fresh hot ital sausages, pasilla chile powder, torn fresh basil leaves.

Oh...chicken soup...huh..I've been drinking quarts of penicillin. Hmmm

E: ran two miles to go pick up number for Sunday's 5 mile.
Did three sets of curls with the 45 pounders. Easy.
S: Pretzels and a candy bar (I was at Hallmark's buying ThankYou Notes... . idiot.

Too many carbs.
