It seems so, alex. I had three x's either yesterday or the day before, all surprises, and without the KC star thing, I couldn't find any info anywhere.

As Tico mentioned, it's just that the guy didn't start, and who knows why.

I'm thinking his mother called..

Hey, it worked!

not that your x's will be there, but some of mine were before the server error episode.

Also, see Team Index for current games and game logs. I like it, anyway.

Thank you realjohnboy. I was wondering who was behind the Rappin Rednecks.

For two weeks the 'Necks have cut some slack.
For two weeks the Rednecks have held back.
But now we are rocking.
Get ready for a socking.
Gonna prove that this team ain't no hack

Waving back to Ossobuco. Thank you for your input.
Now I have a manager taunting me with poetry.

You gotta defeat him, Alex, or else he'll go on and on all season long with his rapping rhapsodies!

Alas, it shall continue, regardless of any defeats.

Meanwhile, I shall continue trouncing the Space Junk this week.

Don't look now, but in tonight's D-Backs v. Dodgers game, Dodger 2B Chin-lung Hu was just intentionally walked.

That's right ... Hu's on first.

It's a combo current players-old timers game and Watt's on second.

Dropped, added, switched, benched, replaced, introduced.
Shoveled new coal. Steam engine is chugging.

Please hand me some nails to drive into the Bay Herons' coffin. A much needed Win and a CG from my SP in a pretty dramatic game between StL/Hou.

Another complete game loss for the Ticomaniacs. While normally that would be fantastic news (of course I'd've preferred the win), that gives me 2 CGs for this week, and thus it is probably wasted.

2 complete games is equivalent to two girlfriends.

Nice for now, but next week you gotta start over...

Fbaezer. It happens. I note that Absolute Zero had a SP on his bench today who had a Win, a CG and a SHO.

So the 'Necks will win over the Herons by a small margin. Enough to get me into 7th place.

But there is turmoil at the top of the standings. George is taking a big hit, while Turf Toe, the Flying Squirrels and Absolute Zero gain a lot of ground.
