Ohmygosh JPB, if you don't like Walter, why do you come in here and
comment in such a nasty way on his posts?

Walter has been here from the beginning and he's never harassed anyone,
even to the ones who provoke him, he's kept his cool.

On the other hand, there are people who - behind the scene - slander
against Walter, and that dear JPB, I find immature and very mean spirited.

Again, the people who don't like Walter - ignore him, don't start this
undercurrent of intrigues against him behind the scenes. He certainly doesn't deserve this - actually no one does.

with Walter and have worked behind the scenes to slander him.

All I can say is, that you are an adult and you should act like one.
If you personally have a problem with Walter, take it up with him directly
instead of going behind the scenes and spreading ill rumors.

There is no need to go comment nasty toward Walter's posts and go
after him whenever you feel like it. It's contra productive to everyone.

Ignore him if you cannot be man enough to work it out with him, but
just don't go around and slander him like this, and comment on his posts
in such a negative manner as JPB has done quite often now.

I don't care what your problems are with him, just resolve it in a mature,
dignified manner.

The Albuquerque gathering was one of the most enjoyable I've ever attended--even though I live here. :wink:

Let's try to keep the good feeling alive and not indulge in public slander. That was what almost ruined the gathering in the first place.

No matter what the complaint, things like this should not be out there for everyone to see, no matter how much truth there may be behind the words. Problem is, no one knows the details, yet they are usually quite ready to speculate.

I, for one, will enjoy the memories of everyone at the roundup, for the rest of my life.

Next time, I hope JPB and Rockhead can join us.

You are right, JPB, I don't know what Walter does, and if you feel harassed by him, I suggest you take appropriate actions. So far it seems, you
come after him and quote his comments with your unfavorable replies.

Why don't you leave him alone then, or if you have proof of his harassment,
why not involve the authorities. Why do you feel the need to
slander him behind the scenes here on a2k?

Behind the scenes? This is behind the scenes? Strange, I thought we were precisely on the thread where he was offering to send his cd/dvds to any and all comers. It needs to be here because this is where he's soliciting contact information.

Diane, if people have problems with Walter, then it should be
addressed in a mature manner between the people involved and not
at a2k.

Unfortunately, Walter is slandered on a2k via PM by Rockhead,
and JPB has openly commented nasty towards Walter, also on a2k.

They make it an a2k business apparently, so I am asking them to
either take it up with authorities if they feel harassed or shut up here.

As much as I have enjoyed the meeting in San Francisco and also with Urs and Walter, those were the very last meetings I ever will attend on a2k. I cannot believe how vicious some people are, and to what great length they go to discredit and slander other people.

CJane. I asked you to translate a nasty piece of verbiage from your buddy.

Please produce a PM where I said anything slanderous.

I, for one, was reading along prior to reading what you just said and starting to get a little PISSED!

Yes, osso had openly expressed her concern about Rockhead, after she
had met him personally. It was open to discussion for everyone including
Rockhead.

What you and Rockhead are doing is different. You are provoking Walter
with comments to his posts and Rockhead works via PM.

If you want to warn a2k of Walter and his wrongdoings, then please go
ahead and open a thread and expose his wrongdoings. At least he has
a chance to defend himself then, of all the accusations that seem to
circle around him.

You do seem to like to fight other people's battles for them. The only reason I was on Osso's thread was because she opened a character assassination thread at a time when Rockhead had no internet access. You thought that was fine for her to do and became her voice when she was fully capable of speaking for herself. You're doing the same thing here.

Walter has internet access and can come here if he chooses. Again, THIS is where he is soliciting contact information, THIS is where the discussion needs to take place.

BBB, because the bickering towards Walter hasn't subsided. You can
read these small animosities towards him on various threads. Everyone
wants to push it under a rug and hush hush be quiet about, yet the animosities against Walter don't stop.

They could leave him alone and ignore him, but they have chosen not to,
so why not discuss it openly then.

Yes, JPB, I love to battle for the underdog, always have and always will.
I'd do the same for you if I feel, people were ganging up on you.
