Sometimes I think I need to put on a suit (which might fit me now, again) and go talk to people. Hard, since I have my own vulnerabilities. But, I'll think about it.

All nice and provocative, but if shewolf and I could talk on this stuff, we might have areas of agreement.

It's such a relief to know your mind and imagination is a erotic as mine.
Shame on Dys for corrupting you.

Oh my, BBB, I led Dys down the primrose path five years ago. It was after that that Bernie labelled me "The nun gone bad."

Cowboys sometimes need to be lassoed before they have a chance to think too deeply about "things." (Think Wild West Holy Roper.)

(Thanks, McTag...for telling us about the weather in NW England).

You're welcome.
It'll always be my pleasure to tell you about the weather here, whenever you want.
And even some times when you don't. Smile

For instance, today it is cool, damp and windy, and it may rain again.

We seem to have had our summer already: it was a week last Sunday.

The weather report for Phoenix, Arizona:

Today: 110F/43.3C ("Sunny and hot")
Tomorrow: 110F/43.3C ("Hot with plenty of sunshine")
Saturday: 113F/45C ("Mostly sunny and hot with the temperature approaching the record of 115 set in 1968" -- but the good news is it will feel only 112  )
Sunday: 111F/43.8C ("Hot with a full day of sunshine")

Well here in San Francisco it gets up to a blistering 27 deg C in the sun at midday (generally 6 deg C cooler in the shade) and cools to about 16 deg C at night - all under cloudless, sunny skies - but with a bit of fog in the western part of the city. This will last until late October, when the rains start.

However we do have a bit of a water shortage going on in some nearby areas; will likely see some fire damage in the Fall; and some mudslides early next year as the rainy season winds down.

Such a lot of information.

It would be good if we could just mix up a big weather-pot, and dole out a helping when we need it.

Rain? -Certainly, sir, how much would you like?
Some warmth? -Coming right up.
Too much wind? -Try these pills.

Just trying to cheer up a midlands Brit who appears depressed by the rainy weather.

Thank you George. I'm not depressed though, I like our mad mix of weathers.
I just thought it would be nice to be able to share our rain (we have dry years too, but not last year or this) with folks who could use it.

Well, here were are mid-June and I think we've had 3 sunny days so far. It's now overcast and chilly. Again. We could use some SUNSHINE.

Rain
Our drought in ABQ is finally broken. We are getting thunder. lightning, heavy rain, mild wind---and lost our power for about five minutes. Love the rain!

Maddy 1 didn't like thunder, but Maddy 2 doesn't seem to be bothered by it. He's too goofy to get scared.
