You have really done too much and worried way too much. Maybe we should just relax and let it happen. We all like each other tremendously and there really doesn't seem like there's a lot to worry about...
I agree with Diane. You guys have been very good to look up as much info for us as you have. We've agreed on a couple of meeting spots, and we're still a few weeks away. I really do think that's good enough for now. More is likely to happen the way Diane has visualized (above).
About a week before we leave, we can "pm" each other our cell phone numbers, and we can get in touch that way once we get to town. That worked pretty well in Chicago.
