YIKES: Leximpediments!

To study footedness in parrots, an international survey of parrot owners was conducted. All respondents were given a 10-item questionnaire and a standard method for testing foot preference in their pets, and they were asked to count the number of separate words in their pets' lexicons of human speech sounds. Right-footed African Grey's had significantly larger lexicons than left-footed African Grey's. Well, who'da thunk it a?

Apes are people too! A great ape by the name of George has written a series of books on internet forums. His handler is said to be going bananas over the profits.

Hello masculine eagle, good bye cutesy koala bear. Does Dutchy seek out
a new image? What are his too-many-to-count female fans saying to
his new picture of masculinity? Yea or nay?
