and, while I'm at it, for the purists, Steve Waugh at wicket, on his home ground, SCG, 4 January 2004, in his last test:

I was there that day!
27 wickets have to fall in 2 days for a result in this test. Can't see it happening. India's tactics were a bit hard to understand yesterday, considering they need a win to draw the series. By not making a declaration earlier, they've virtually assured a draw.

4th Test: Australia v India at Adelaide - Jan 24-28, 2008
Stumps day 3 - Australia trail by 204 runs with 7 wickets remaining in the 1st innings
India 526; Australia 322/3
RT Ponting 79* MJ Clarke 37* IK Pathan 24-1-70-1 I Sharma 22-5-47-1
The kind of treatment he got at Perth Test, I think he should retire (at least for the time being). But that's not the top story for today. The top story is...
IT'S T20 MATCH B/W INDIA AND AUSSIES TOMORROW
Can't wait for it!

India just made mockery of itself. What was that? Playing like they can't loose. What a joke?
Australia just outplayed them in every thing. Batting, fielding, bowling everything. Well played Aussies.

20/20 is not exactly a game indicative of much. It's more a game for the fans than anything else. Even Bangladesh can beat India or Australia on the right day.

You know what? You're right!
Although, I would've loved if India had beaten Australia.

Why for you say that?
I of course was referring to the new "do"

New "do" (a bit fierce!) and not much inside?
It's a bit scary - this is the chap they're talking about moving up to the most important unelected position in Australia.

Micheal Clarke is a talented young leader, I always thought, but his choice of his missus raised a red flag as to his ability to take sound decisions.

My auto mechanic's name is Mick Clarke. He's a rough head too.
Gabba (Brisbane) oneday match.
Duckworth - Lewis is playing. Not sure who's side he is on.
