Drew a picture last night and e-mailed it to my art therapist.

I'm amazed at the effectiveness of that therapy. The spontaniety and the truth of the feelings.

It ain't over just cuz I'm not seeing the therapist anymore.

bethie, It's a landmark picture in a number of ways. I think my therapist may faint.

I woke up hours ago. Pit stop. Started to relax and have some fun on the computer. I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time. Enjoying myself--not recovering. Still not breathing 100 percent, but it's coming along.

This is a helluva lump day. Ain't had one this good in years.
