An Oreo cheesecake for a special gal

deb, I'm going out to dinner with Sheila on Thursday. Her birthday was last week. We'll do Italian. Thanks for trying with the cake. Got to see it with the link. The problem with such a cake is eating it. It looks too good. And where do you make the first cut. Ouch.
