@Roberta,
Ah, I see.

But a noticeable improvement, by the sounds. Which is good. Smile

Any more editing work in the pipeline?

If you don't hear from me by Monday, call out the National Guard (U.S. citizens only). I'm heading to the hospital Friday. I'll see my therapist. Then I'm going to the pharmacy. I have two prescriptions to get. This could get ugly. And I'll have to wait in two different places. Hope I don't get caught in some kinda Star Trek time warp.

Have a good weekend, you guys.

@Roberta,
Should we send out dogs if you don't report in on time?

Back! Alive (more or less).

So I get to the pharmacy and there's practically no one ahead of me. Short wait to get prescription that's ready. Then I stand on a short line to submit the new prescription. I have to go around the corner for the new prescription. That's where all the people from the first place were hiding. So instead of taking a number, I have to wait for me name to be called--twice. Once so I can stand in line to pay and once to actually get the new prescription. All in all, two hours ain't bad.

I'm gonna start taking the thyroid med and see if that wakes me up. I stopped taking the fuzzy-making med, and I'm no longer fuzzy. But I'm very tired. Hoping the stuff works.

As I walked the 12 miles to the street, I thought, hey, it's still Friday!

PS: As I was walking the 7 miles to the pharmacy, someone stopped me. He recognized me from the video. He said nice things. He wanted to shake my hand.

If you mean a pen, I've got them. If you mean a sharp object, I'd rather have a body guard--about 6'2", blue eyes, wide shoulders, well but not overly muscled.

Oops, got a little distracted. Mr. Green

@Roberta,
brings to mind a story, B, if I may...

I was over to the court house yesterday, arranging not to pay my water bill yet, and it was nice lady #1's birthday.

hadda piece of verra good cake (chocolate of course) and was chatting with the nice ladies and my buddy the engineer, when ol' Clem come in to get a slice of cake and a cuppa (coffee).

he asked if he got a birthday kiss, and presented a cheek. she obligingly said, "well sure" and leaned in to smooch his cheek.

quick as a whistle, he turned and give her a big ol' smoocheroo, right on the kisser...!

she turned bright red as we all laughed, and he spun away.

when she came back from the ladies room, all she could say was,

damn he was quick...
