Note: I use the follow feature as a way to subscribe to updates from people who are almost never here (and who I might miss a rare appearance of) and not to indicate friendship, so don't be offended if I am not following you even if we are friends. Maybe we are just so close that I don't need a special feature to find you. ;-)

Places

As a kid, I lived in Japan (just about everywhere), Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Macao, and Australia. I've been meaning to get my mom to write them down for me, I know I am forgetting some....

As a teenager I went back and forth between Brazil (São Paulo, Fortaleza, Belo Horizonte, Joinville, Guarujá) and the United States (California, Texas).

As an adult I've lived in Brazil (São Paulo), the United States (San Diego) and Costa Rica. I am currently living in Costa Rica... for now.

Jobs (that I can remember right now)

Lawn mowing services
Door to door salesman
Sonic (fast food) cook
English Teacher/Translator/Interpreter
English School Owner
Logistics Manager
Search Engine Optimization Specialist
Web Development Manager
Marketing Director
Poker Player
Entrepreneur

Right now, I mainly work for a company I founded (parent company of able2know) in 2008 as the resident web guru. I focus on the application architecture, web strategy, and the online marketing but we all wear multiple hats and I also find myself doing a lot of programming despite my insistence that I am not a programmer. We wanted to form a small group of people who are good at what they do and love doing it.

Musical Instruments

Not to brag about my multi-instrumentalism or anything but I play the triangle, cymbals, tambourine, maracas, the gong, and a mean cowbell.
