Smits was not there the first season. It is conceivable that he played a character in a single episode and was brought back as a regular years later. That happens sometimes.

See, the internet isn't always right -- don't have time to explore but you're right, Smits wasn't in the first season. I believe he did do the bare butt thing but that would take some time to find.

Did some searching, but still can't find any reference as to where and when Smits did the obligatory rear shot but since he was David Caruso's replacement when he left the series after the first season, your guess is as good as mine.

That would most likely be Steven Seagal, although in some late action clunkers, it's done up in a knot. That would make him a knot-head.

George Segal
Robert Wagner
Jennifer Lopez
Ben Affleck (except in 'Changing Lanes' - he played a good bourgeois, self-absorbed white guy...oh yeah, nevermind)

Oh God, I almost forgot Jean-Claude Van Damme.

But his splits do make up for his lack of acting ability.

That's just a case of a great actor in a really bad movie. Everyone makes mistakes.
But Pulp Fiction gave SLJ immunity to all future bad reviews.
Cool

Ugh, I just saw him in something really forgettable and he was fighting with someone who was on the ground and he was so fake I had to laugh. It's embarrassing that he's Canajun.

In fact, I think Brad has been doing a Redford impression in almost every movie since they made A River Runs Through It.

I think Brad Pitt is more relaxed in front of the camera than Redford who always appears to be 'acting' IMO.

I just hope Brad takes better care of his skin than Redford did - his face looks like an old shoe. Shocked
