I tried for a while to beat IT at their own clever little game.
When I called them, I tell them the problem, then let them know I turned it off and on again, and also did A, B, C, & D, turning it off an on again after each attempt.
It didn't work. They would then ask me, did you try "A"
yes....
then they would repeat the process in my computer, it not working when they did it either. then they would ask me if I tried "B"
yes.....
etc.
