The judge has issued a gag order, but even so, the speculation is going to proliferate.

My sympathies right now are with the "Same H.S. Class/Same First Name young woman whose misidentified picture has been plastered over the internet.

She is certainly innocent.

This thing has turn into a zoo with all the animals coming out. Don't know what to believe or what is true. One thing for sure, this is two victims for sure - Kobe's wife and child

And if Kobe is not guilty of rape, he's a victim too.

Kobe bought his wife a $4 million ring. Now that's one way of say, "I'm sorry"!

I think it is unfair not to allow it! I'm not picking sides, but if the history of both parties are supposed to in play in a he said, she said--her prior (and current) mental health IS an issue.

It could have everything to do with how she percieved the situation. (Unless he just out and out raped her, and she was saying No.)

Still rampant speculation, even though nobody knows what physical evidence there is...

I'm starting to hope he's innocent, myself. When the Lakers lose again next year, I don't want there to be any excuses or asterisks. Wink

not that i'm a laker fan by any stretch of the imagination, but with their recent free agent signings i don't think they'd miss him at all... i can see it now: phil jackson cajoling his troops to "win one for the koabster".
