Yes, I agree, roger. They can certainly get that way when they're feeling insecure. I certainly know when that's the case here: I can't get away from him! - he'll even plant himself in front of the toilet, so I either discover or fall over him when trying I'm to make my exit! Flatty tends to get very clingy & demanding when he's getting unwell again. I then watch him like a hawk for signs of illness. After a couple of days of this, if the poached chicken doesn't perk him up, I know it's almost time for the vet (again!
