I don't see that option. Where is it?

I didn't see it either, with the new feature. so I moved to "classical" roster editing. No problem there.
Ah HA!
Got it.
Thanks, fb!
I think in the new drag and drop mode, once you click on a player that is on the DL a DL slot appears on the bottom of the list. You can't see it until you click and start dragging the player however.

Yep.
I had hoped not to use this piece of information.
Then friggin Posednik goes lame on me.
The drag-n-drop works as specified.
I just went from leading fb 16-2 to now trailing 10-7. Oof.
Crap Crap Crap Crap Crap.
Buehrle pitches a no-hitter last night and I forgot to set my lineup yesterday.

That's Fantasy Baseball Blues at its purest... or you don't want to admit you had no confidence in Buehrle for this game.
No I seriously would have started him. He hasn't pitched horrible this season and should be good for at least 16 wins.
The Nattering Nabobs (aka George) have been adding/deleting players to the roster at an incredible pace. Four today, by my calculation.
I had a good lead but it slipped away. But I think the Rednecks got by, by something like 13-8.
I could be wrong. We'll see tomorrow.
The 'bobs squeezed out a last-minute come-from-behind 11-10 win.
Indeed you did. Congrats on a fine comeback.
Over on the Yahoo message board site, Tico comments on what appears to be a new strategy by George and Nattering Nabobs: streaming. Instead of benching starting pitchers on their days off, he drops them from his roster and adds guys who are scheduled to pitch tomorrow.
Tico calls this "controversial" in its effectiveness.
By my estimation, the strategy allows the participant to score points in the categories of Games Started, Innings Pitched, Strikeouts and Games Won. But the categories of Walks, Home Runs and Games Lost will likely be lost.
George calls this "screwing around".
Give him a button and he'll push it.
The button in this case being "probables".
IMHO streaming is a MUST in most head-to-head leagues. So George is not doing anything new, or wrong.
The key to win is how to stream, and when.
Jp was smart enough (and I was such a blabber, duh!) to add yet another two pitching categories in order to counteract the fill-your-roster-with-closers tactics that worked for me in previous seasons. He has forced me to rely more on starters.
BTW, the Nabobs' streaming (excuse me, "button pushing") worked wonders for me yesterday. Sampson pitched 4 innings, allowed 14 hits, gave one free passport to first base (3.75 WHIP), allowed 7 earned runs (15.75 ERA) and a homer.
The bad news is that I streamed with Sampson in another league... the other guy is beating me with a 9.00 ERA.
And, don't tell anyone this, if you notice a promising pitcher who has been waived, you can nab him.

Can I pick'em or what?
Anyway, I don't want to ruffle any feathers, so I I'm laying off the "streaming".

No, George, don't! Seriously.
Streaming is totally legitimate, and a good tactic.
This is only small talk.
(BTW, new smack talk against them Nabobs)
I wasn't objecting to the strategy, George. Feel free to pursue it.
