I think MsOlga said something about receiving e-mail update notifications. Wow! I am really envious. These are still operational for some people?

My ISP is aol. I get an e-mail notification once in a blue moon, usually on very recent threads I've joined. Then they stop for no reason. I've checked almost every one of the threads I participate in and they're all checked off to 'notify me when a new response is posted.' Nobody ever notifies me. Well, hardly ever.

A2K
It seems A2K is honoring Presidents' Day this morning by behaving like the good ole A2K. Nice and fast. No problems.

HOOOOORAY!

It must be me because I have had nothing but problems since I tried logging in. Kinda like Roberta did. Now I keep getting kicked off, CE and having to log back in.
Yesterday was fine but not today. I will just have to wait. I do not have what the rest of you do like aol or yahoo. Mine is totally different.

When there have been fixes before, I remember that it has taken a while to propogate (? not sure if that's the right word). That is, it'd be fixed for some people right away but would take longer for others.

Still don't know if it's actually fixed or coincidence though. Certainly seems to be doing a lot better here.

The word that you do not know if it right. I have never seen or heard of it. It looks good though. Thank you sozobe for letting us (me) know why.
You always give informative information and I appreciate it.

Well I typoed it for starters (supposed to be spelled "propagate"), it is A word just don't know if it's the one I'm thinking of.

I give informative information, what more can I aspire to? :-)

Yes, Andrew. Regular email updates.

Mind you, my first couple of responses this morning, when logging in, were critical errors.

But once into A2K, everything's been working smoothly. A bit slower that yesterday, bit working without any glitches.

Touching wood again.

working like a charm today.

It's been my experience in life that God gives me just enough pleasure or relief to keep me from killing myself or giving up so that as soon as i get my strength back He can f*ck with me some more.

so let's see what happens tomorrow.

Perhaps you have a limited capacity for suffering.

Working fine for me today also (except for e-mail updates, they still do not exist). I'm keeping me fingers, toes and eyes crossed.

Well that's a start, Andrew.

It's interesting, the the variations in A2K performance from place to place, person to person .....

I predict your email updates will be returned to you, any minute now. Very Happy
