Bloomberg is of the Jewish faith, that makes what he has condoned/ordered even more egregious, he carries the big stick in NYC.
However, what's odd about Bloombergs order is that he shuns/outlaws the Christian symbol & allows his own & his enemies religious symbols. What is that?

maporsche-Do you consider the Easter Bunny a religious symbol? Do you believe that the bunny has any bearing on the Crucifixion?
More so or less than the Christmas tree has a bearing on the birth of Christ?

So you do have a problem with it? Even though a few post ago you said you didn't.

No, I have no problem with the easter bunny.

However, if the easter bunny was banned from public buildings I'm sure Christian's would have a problem with it.

Why do you have a problem with the Nativity Scene? Would you mind if the NS were displayed any other day than Christmas?

I told you that I don't care if its the Christmas tree or the nativity scene.

I don't see how your other question is reevant; and to answer it, I'd have to know what other days you're referring too.

So in your mind we can call every tree a 'holiday tree', because it has nothing to do with the birth of Christ right? Do you refer to the tree in you home as a 'holiday tree'?

In my mind you can call a toilet a tree, if you so choose, I don't care. What i do care about is when public officials discriminate.
