Justin, Download your pictures at this link. http://groups.msn.com/TheRavensRealm/shoebox.msnw After the download, right click on the photo. On the bottom of the box is a link called "Properties." Click onto properties, and you'll find the address of the photo. Highlight the address of the photo and click "Copy." Go to Any A2K forum, and click onto "Preview." Click on "IMG" then click "Paste." You can also enter some comments before or after you post the image. Then click "Submit." That's it! Good luck. Looking forward to seeing some of your photos.

I'm a freelance press photographer specialising in people and events although I'm not too proud do various and varied photographic commissions to make sure the wolf is kept from the door!

I always have a couple of personal projects on the go and am always drivelling on about getting a book done. My contemporary photographic hero is Martin Parr, a man who really does get his books done. And very splendid they are too!

This picture is an example from the coverage I did of the recent Sussex Bonfire celebrations:

and this is from my Hen Night project!

There's more stuff on my website.

Thanks, c.i. I wanted atmosphere by the bucketload with this event and kept the flashgun off, choosing instead to crank up the ISO. I know you shouldn't admit to it but this is one of my own favourite pictures!

Good pictures. Those Hen Party ones look like a fascinating (if scary) project.

Welcome - maybe see you at a London a2k meet, sometime.

The last two are from amazing wedding receptions during my year of fabulous weddings - 2002!

Most of my photos are not in electronic form, which is annoying for this kind of thing.

I am an artist and photographer. For art I work in many different media and tend to lean toward wildlife and superhero/comics.

I love to take pictures and I always have a camera handy. I even got a picture published once, but it was in one of those amateur photo books that publish everybody so I don't know that it means anything.

I'd like to show more of my stuff but I have no scanner and it makes for a slow process of getting things on line. The website is starting to get started but has a loooong way to go.

My avatar is a work of mine. It is color pencil on black canson paper.

Aldistar, Nice color pencil artwork. I also love wildlife, and have visited wild animal reserves in most countries south from Kenya - except the west coast, but including Namibia and South Africa. We visited the tiger reserve in India, but we only saw tracks in the sandy road.

Vivien, I checked out the website link you gave in our profile. I was very impressed with your work. I especially like the seascapes. It is so easy to do trite ones, and yours certainly aren't. You really capture the atmosphere and energy and your compositions are very strong on the abstract level.

As for me, I started out as an artist, but have spent most of my creative life as a photographer. I want to get back to more drawing and painting. My site is listed in my profile.

wow desertartist! I checked out your site and followed every link!!! some really good and interesting stuff. I wouldn't have known you were a 'grandfather' from most of your work.

it makes your comments all the more appreciated - thanks Very Happy

You should post some of those images on various threads - i started this one asking who were the photographers and artists and wanted people to post their work - and Craven had one thread on pictures that can be read more than one way (I thought your lady in a mask/2 silhouettes was great)
