Hmm! I see what you mean.

Well, the bible doesn't use the term 'original sin'. And our human condition is not a punishment, according to the bible, but a consequence.

I don't know who in this thread used the term 'original sin' first, but there is no way for me to discuss it from the point of view of the bible. Since the title of this thread has to do with the state of the unborn, perhaps another thread is in order.

He did....I just said the unborn and newborns were innocent. Then he flipped and broke out the DBSR to take accurate readings and.......

Definitive: "s" was a typo. And yep there are plenty of biological and sociological indicators for the emotion of love.

Since you are too much of a prudish schoolmarm to study up on said biological and sociological indicators for the emotion of love, then you'd best ensure you don't look up your skirt.

BTW have any of you superstition-addled-bible-humpers noticed how iffy the A2K server has been lately?

In this context, love is inferred, but cannot be proven. Not even close.

Physiological changes inferred to be associated with emotions can be measured, but which emotion? There is no way to prove which one.

The existence of love cannot be proven, much less detected or measured by instrumentation.

But you've done a pretty good job of avoiding discussion of 'When Does Life Begin?'

Bartikus, Most of us know what "life" is; unfortunately for you pro-lifers, your emphasis on "life" is the fetus - without a thinking brain. If "life" is so important to you pro-lifers, what are you doing for all the children already alive and starving?

From our observation, all you pro-lifers want to do is control another person's (woman's) life; it's not about another "living, breathing, human."

You pro-lifers don't have a clue. Divorce your religion and learn about humanity; there are humans out there who needs food and shelter; not your religious morals on what constitutes life.

So do you agree that a human life begins at conception?

Ofcoarse human life begins at conception; it sure ain't a boid if the parents are human. What's your point? Some die before birth of natural causes. Many die after birth from starvation.

Do you think it should be legal to end a human life?

I thought you were against the death penalty for the guilty (convicted of a heinous crime) .

Why should killing the innocent be legal?
