"This is barbaric! There is no other word for it. Giving an abortion. The baby survives the abortion. Doctors and nurses do nothing to help it. Just leave it to die. But then, that's the point of the abortion, right? No baby."

Bart:

Acceptable collateral damage! Confused

Whatever discomfort these "products of conception" may go through as they die are of no comparison to the rights and convenience of the female carrier.

It is interesting that the host would desire to know the sex of the product. Why do you think that is?

You're dealing with a different issue here, one that steps outside of a woman's right to chose and into a doctor's competancy, and committing fraud.

Find me a pro-choicer that finds this acceptable or even the same thing as abortion.

You wouldn't know a direct answer if you saw one.

May one assume that the very same pro-choicer who committed the deed qualifies as one who finds it acceptable to do as he did?

The name is not Treppy as I have told you before.

Pick fights? Me? That is CI's job and he does an excellent job of it indeed.

BTW... 3 or 4 other posters have called CI on this as well. Are they picking fights too? Rolling Eyes

If you go back through the thread, I think you will find that I have made more of a contribution than you. Your posts mostly pick fights with Bartikus.

You even attributed something to him that he did not write and indicted such to you and said he had never heard that position. Your reply was that , "Well now you have"

Perhaps you should look inward regarding positive contribution. It seems that you only consider those things that you agree with to be of any contribution.

Some people just can't understand the content of posts that contradict their own belief system; namely, 1) abortion is an issue that involves the decision of the woman, and it's not anybody's else's business, and 2) some direct answers seem too spacial for them to understand.

"Clinic workers may say they support a woman's right to choose, but they will also say that they do not want to see tiny hands and tiny feet....there is a great difference between the intellectual support of a woman's right to choose and the actual participation in the carnage of abortion. Because seeing body parts bothers the workers." -Judith Fetrow, former clinic worker from San Francisco quoted in "Meet the Abortion Providers III"

"One night a lady delivered and I was called to come and see her because she was 'uncontrollable.' I went into the room, and she was going to pieces; she was having a nervous breakdown, screaming and thrashing. The other patients were upset because this lady was screaming. I walked in, and here was this little saline abortion baby kicking. It had been born alive, and was kicking and moving for a little while before it finally died of those terrible burns, because the salt solution gets into the lungs and burns the lungs too. I'll tell you one thing about D& E . You never have to worry about a baby's being born alive. I won't describe D & E , other than to say that, as a doctor, you are sitting there tearing, and I mean tearing- you need a lot of strength to do it- arms and legs off of babies and putting them in a stack on top of the table." -Dr. David Brewer of Glen Ellyn Illinois

A woman choice and no one else's business?

No it's big business!

That is not an answer to the question I'm afraid. Any fool can answer question he hasn't been asked.

You would soon find out who's business it is if all the women decided to abort unless their demands were met.

You are making life and death decisions based on the indulgence you fortuitously allow yourself that as only a small minority of women resort to that un-womaning humiliation you can afford to play around with words to your own satisfaction.

You seek to reduce the woman's natural trepidations regarding becoming pregnant so they have one less line of defence of their femininity in the face of male carnality.

There's MCPs and then out the other side there are MCPs who adamantly deny being a MCP and who go through a rigmarole of gentlity and politenesses which, added together, constitute a foot stamp of adamant.

But here's another question- What would you did if they all organised to have no more babies?

And, please, c.i. don't start that "Oh -well they wouldn't " stuff because this is about fundamental principles of life or death for some mite who never did anybody a shite of harm. That maybe is his mistake but you're not disposing of him without me having something to say, his Mum or Dad might be reading this, so answer the question without any flim-flam just so we can see how casually, or otherwise, you wave your arm across the field of carnage, where lost contenders are swilled away, which is generally kept out of your view for obvious reasons.

And who knows what was left on the bloody field. At least one president surely.

Using Mr Mailer's argument about "planned parenthood" there may well have been a few because I think he meant that the passionate conception was healthier for the stock than the calculating style choice one and it is the former which most often leads to abortion and the latter to a great deal of molly-coddling.

Like surgeons bury their mistakes so do pro-abortionists and their guilt shows up in preferring to be pro-choice rather than pro-abortion. It sounds prettier. It means eff all to my mite. If his Mum's trailer trash he's probably getting rock and roll hard wired in. There will be thousands of decent guitar players we never had chance to hear. And football players.
Cheer leaders. Dancing girls. Thousands in the 1990 Out-take alone.

If Mr Mailer was correct, his science was following such a hypothesis. The "Love child" does have something of a history in our literature.

Watching our leaders perform, and our alternatives, it seems to me we are going in the wrong direction and strewing the field of carnage with a pool of talent superior to that which goes onwards, on average, and evolution works slowly with superior averages I think when it is dealing with millions of events. In that case the Pope is the only bloody scientist around here who knows his onions which he damn well ought to do with all the practice he's had.

soenduL Sun 9.42 am. To what extent did the 8 years of the Democrats "help everyone"?

spendi, Too spacial for you? It's not only "8 years," it's the majority of time when the democrats controlled the white house. It means simply that it includes the "8 years" in your question. The answer is definitive.

BTW, you didn't identify which "8 years." so my answer includes "all" 8 year periods contolled by democrats.

"Un-womaning?"

It's their choice. I say that a woman or women don't have a responcibility to reproduce for any reason's than their own.

If they don't want to reproduce, then I guess YOU would just rape them.

Great argument.

Calling in ancient history is no use.

The contender is the lady-wife, although there are dark rumours here that there's a "best friend" in the background, in the Sunday Times with pics and witty repartee no less, of the president in the years to which I referred and who's memory is still fairly fresh in our minds, and who will be First Gentleman in the event of the contender overcoming the many obstacles which are waiting for her.

We are fighting the next election aren't we or are we on a trip down memory lane to when the blue and brown collar workers were in the vast majority and there was snow in the corners of all the cottage windows.

I did notice you slip casually from "eveyone" to "a majority" and moreover an asserted one.

Mind you don't slip on your way to the bogs.

ME? What does this have to do with me?

I'm afraid you don't understand the argument. I don't do abstractions. I'm not playing on the pro-abortionist's pitch.

Odd how you jumped on rape though. There are alternatives. We could die out. We could give in to the demands. We could hypnotise them.

Dying out would be very messy.

Why would a bloke try to tell women that it's their business what they do.

Aren't women capable of deciding that for themselves?

In what way are you qualified to pronounce on what women's business is?
