All -- I can't resist candy corn either. The funny thing is just doesn't have a particular flavor.

Roger -- No, it doesn't matter which order you eat them in, the Heath bar loses. In fact, it took about a decade for me to eat a Heath bar.

I once posted a thread about candy corn, and how I can't understand how anyone eats them. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

I was going to post my favorite but the list would be too long.

Now I'm trying to think of one I don't like. Oh, yea, those divinity syle Brachs squares with red, orange and yellow "fruit" pieces. Do they even make those any more?

Used to be, ribbon candy came in real ribbons of candy. Any more, all I find are broken chunks.

Candy corn is really fun to stick on your teeth like fangs. It is worth buying just for that.

Yes they do! Another site I belong to had a similar thread to this, but a much younger crowd..average age...15 or so, most had never heard of it. After describing it to them, and telling them that I had not had one in many years, the next day I actually found a bar, bought it and ate the hell out of it. It was not exactly as I had remembered, but it was still pretty good.

Roger mentioned Zagnut as well, on the first page or so.

I'm incapable of doing that. I have to eat them with my secret method for making trapezoids.

What is the secret, osso. How many bites are required when such an endeavor is undertaken?

And what do you do with the finished product? Do you pile them on the table and pick them up at a later time and examine them in the light of your lamp, spinning them slowly in your fingers and muttering, "Ahh... yes... the perfect trapezoid."

No, silly, you eat them.

The answer is four, though in practice, I cut it down to three.

Do you do this before or after you carve your microwave pancakes into animal images?

I can understand that, Farmerman. You don't have single colors, though, do you?
