Rex,

What is this "life force" you mention? (Seriously... I don't know that one.)

Science doesn't know what the life force is either but it is surely evident that it exists...

No, it isn't.

Hmmm

A rose by another name is still a rose...

No, it doesn't. There is no "life force". Saying "science can't even prove the life force that obviously exists" is a really dumb straw man.

How is it different to saying "science can't even prove that swamp vapour causes malaria, when it obviously does"?

Things are alive, but what the hell is this "force" you're assuming?

Life sure exists or we would not be conscious to discuss it.

Creation surely exists or we would not be here. Smile

Yes, life exists. Your imaginary "life force" does not.

What you refer to as "creation" exists, except that your word implies a "creator", who does not.

So if there is not a creator then did we just pop out of a balloon?

The big bang is like, poof there it is...

That is harder to (scientifically) conceive of than to think that matter was created by an invisible form of energy and intelligence.

body, soul (life force) and spirit

1Th 5:23
And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

What is "spirit"?

What does that mean? Is there any other way to say it?

And don't forget... What is "life force"?

God as "love" is part of the eternal isness...

If God's father had love before God was "born" than God's father still had God...

Love has no beginning or end.

God is Spirit and he gives of that which he is, spirit (image).

In the beginning God created the heavens (energy/life force) and the earth (matter/body).

Science eclipses the sun...

The lesser light of the moon/creation eclipses the greater light sun/creator.

It must be the moon's proximity that creates the illusion of grandeur...
