You might want to sleep on 2 pillows to forgo the puffiness, and in
the morning: use a cold eye mask for a few minutes.

As for the dark circles: you probably have very thin skin around your
eyes and there is hardly anything you can do. Chamomile eye creams
should help somewhat, I don't know though.

Could also sleep in a bathtub full of ice water.

I have this problem too. Some days, no bags whatsoever. Other days, it almost looks like I've been punched.

Other than the stuff already mentioned, Prevent. My skin is thin, maybe yours is too under your eyes like mine: be really careful when you wash your face, etc. Get a good skin routine going. Cucumbers and cold tea bags help a wee bit.

I rely on a cream for important days though. Easy peasy. It helps quite a bit. The one I like is Yves Rocher 'anti-puffiness eye contour cream' Bio-Calmille.

Eye bags can be sexy though, I think. Maybe i'm weird. Laughing

You're preachin' to the choir here....I think "god, do people think my husband beats on me?" I have mysterious bruises all the time, I sprain my ankles at least twice a year and then the bags....sheesh.... Laughing I am such a klutz.

Good point...

When you have swelling and inflamation in the sinus cavity, it causes bags to be puffier and darker.

Have you consulted a hematologist?

I have a big nose, does that account for it? I mean, can it count as a 'sinus problem'?

how? shall i get it removed?

Maybe if i chop my nose off then the bloddy mess will detract from my eye bags!

Is your sinus problem more of an allergy problem? Allergies can really contribute to eye bags.

Focus on what looks good about your face and stop worrying about things like that. They probably aren't nearly as noticeable as u think they are.

I don't know if the dairy allergy is a factor; I was thinking more of hay fever type allergies (but I'm no expert).

Well done re: a levels! What's next for you?

Yeah I'm sure I heard somewhere that dairy products can cause a build up of mucus in the system (but then if your allergic you wont be eating dairy) hmm.
