The Westminster chimes woke me up.
The Westminster chimes woke me up.
Now it's time for my early day cup.
I'll choose coffee.....or tea?
Maybe juice? Drambuie?
And some crumpets to share with my pup.

I really enjoy a good brunch

I really enjoy a good brunch
But you know, I have a hunch
That today I just might
Not have time for a bite!

But you know, I have a hunch
That today I just might
Not have time for a bite.
I don't even have goodies to munch.

Too much work can be really depressing
Sometimes there is just no messing
Then I log on here
For plenty of cheer
And soon find myself de-stressing

And thou, my valentine
And a tablecloth whitened by Persil

You can't beat the snowy-white linen
To set up the table, or crawl in.
Be it sheet, cloth or doily
with lovely embroily
We just love our snowy- white linen!

Does a good job that'll last...

He futzes around while painting,
gives his brother's name a tainting,

He futzes around while painting,
gives his brother's name a tainting,
and there's a sister, but you wouldn't want to meet her.

Shall we speak of their kin, Mega-Batz?
Who are known for their in-family spats?

Mike won't speak to Lou,
And Phil hates Sally, who
Once poisoned his two Siamese cats.

Of course, the cats hollered and fought...

Alas, no more Siamese.
Mean old Sally it did please,
But poor Phil is extremely distraught.

Please, let's think of something more pleasant

Some little gift

To be sure, that is money well spent.

It's Sunday, a day for enjoyment...
