@aidan,
1.Going to bed without supper
Was like spending time in the scupper
If you misbehaved much

2.A young man was starting a car
Found the car was not quite up to par

@spikepipsqueak,
Well, so much for that idea.

Why doesn't someone start a new limerick; I got none.

@OnTheFritz,
I seem to be creating the log jams, not sure what I'm doing wrong

So I'll finish this
1.Going to bed without supper
Was like spending time in the scupper
If you misbehaved much
You'd get laid up in dutch.
'S what you get for yelling "Yeah, up 'er!"

and give this a push start

2.A young man was starting a car
Found the car was not quite up to par
So he panted and pushed
"Til exhausted and bushed

and keep out of your way for a while

So he panted and pushed

Then he went and got pissed in a bar

Okay here's one:

I've weeded, and trimmed up my lawn

@McTag,

Now David ben Gurion said
Who left this wet fish in my bed?
Whether flounder or bass
It has gummed up my ass
And the smell made me lose my street cred

My teapot is cooling, I fear

@McTag,
My teapot is cooling, I fear
Dammit! I'll have to drink beer.
Would you like a tall stein?

Would you like a tall stein?
And in your place, or mein?

@McTag,
I figured I'd join you again, McTag.

My teapot is cooling, I fear
Dammit! I'll have to drink beer.
Would you like a tall stein?
And in your place, or mein?
By noon we will be of good cheer.

@OnTheFritz,

Renee, who's the man of your heart?
I like Donald, who pushes the cart
That comes round every week

I like Donald, who pushes the cart
That comes round every week
He's not brash, he's not meek
But he doesn't know much about art.

@McTag,
Okay then, what's next, lads and lasses?
Obscene and mean to please the masses
Short, but not too sweet

We will think on our feet
As we find a new use for molasses.
