@Foofie,
It does "beat all." You miss the point, and will not admit to it, or continue in your ignorance.

If you knew the history of how the Europeans treated the native Americans of this country, you would understand; but you don't.

@cicerone imposter,
Yes, we do know the history. You focus on the negatives of American history and exclude the far greater positives of American history. American Indians who choose to are living where all the rest of us live. Those that continue to live on reservations do so to avoid restrictions they want no part of, or to continue privileges they enjoy. None of the tens of thousands of American Indians today are ghosts from the past, they are real. Their ancesters were not ghosts who managed somehow to procreate, but were American Indians that lived and procreated in the usual way.

In the original Constitution of the USA in Article I, Section 2, you will find mention of Indians who presumably existed in March 4, 1789 when the Constitution was adopted:
Quote:
Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several states which may be included within this union, according to their respective numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole number of free persons, including those bound to service for a term of years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.

In Amendment, XIV, Section 2, you will find mention of Indians who presumsbly exsted on July 9, 1868 when this amendment was adopted:
Quote:
Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several states according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each state, excluding Indians not taxed.

How come some Indians weren't taxed? What did the Indians do to get this privilege? Why did we who allegedly hate Indians grant them a zero tax status?

Cice, your statements are vacuous allegations without any credibility. You provide zero evidence or rational argument to support your allegations. Until you do, your posts are free of relevant content.

From what I've seen in your postings, they may well have been.

Why would I admit anything to you?

And Europeans did not treat the Native Americans in any way, since Europeans are in Europe. Do you not give credence to Americans being its own nationality? Just because ancestors came from different European countries does not mean that the descendants are forever European. Once someone descended from one European country marries someone descended from another European country, the offspring is most definitely American (as apple pie). You may say, in my opinion, American colonists, or after the founding of the country, Americans, but no way this country is inhabited by Europeans. Mind you, many Americans' ancestors left Europe to not be with Europeans. Is it not silly to then refer to them as European.

By the way, if someone in the U.S., of Japanese descent marries someone in the U.S. of Chinese descent their child is AMERICAN not Asian. And, as American as applie pie too! And, the parents were American all along also. This country has its own nationality; it is called American!

Sorry that you have that opinion. My opinion is that the U.S.A. is the noblest country in the world.

Your opinion is worth squat, Foofie. You've shown that you have been severely brain washed.

If you had the mental wherewithal to do the necessary research, you'd realize very quickly that you've been fed a load of ****. The USA was clearly one of the worst terrorist nations of the 20th century and it continues unabated in the 21st.

@JTT,
Its sad how many U.S. citizens would rather take the word of a lying politician than read all the history books out there. I guess its eaiser to let someone else do your thinking for you than go to all the work of educating oneself.

@ican711nm,
THIS NEEDS MORE REPEATING!

The past failures of the Palestinian Arabs to make the following offer to the Israelis makes the Palestinian Arabs responsible for all the harm the Israelis acting in their own self-defense have caused the Palestinian Arabs. The Palestinian Arabs can save themselves from future harm by the Israelis by making the following offer:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IF
the Israelis agree to return to the Palestinian Arabs all Palestinian land originally recommended by the UN to be governed by the Palestinian Arabs,

THEN
1. the Palestinian Arabs will cease and desist trying to steal Israel;
2. the Palestinian Arabs will convict and incarcerate any and all Palestinian Arabs not living in Israel that are proven to have perpetrated crimes against Israelis, including murder, attempted murder, and other physical harm to the Israelis or to their property.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If the Palestinian Arabs were to agree to make this offer, then the Israelis would have little choice other than to agree to accept that offer, because America would no longer help the Israelis if the Israelis failed to agree.

Until the Palestinian Arabs make this offer, they are responsible for their own misery.

I do not believe that. The U.S.A. has been very nice to me and my family for 125 years or so. You want me to bite the hand that feeds me? Even a dog knows not to do that.

@cicerone imposter,
Yes, the USA is far from perfect. It is infact imperfect and getting worse. But its growing imperfections are so far less distructive than those of the Nazis, the Shintoists, the Communists, and the Jihadist Terrorists. The USA has infact done more to secure freedom for the human race than has any other country in history.
