By the way, johnboy, I see you have the Colts listed at 2-1. Who did they lose to? I didn't notice that one.
Awesome, sweet, rad.......don't forget bitchin.
I don't really think I need a larger column...but another eighth of an inch can't hurt.
Not asking you to do more work, RJB, but if you are already compiling composite totals (season to date) could you let us know how things look? Again, don't do it if you aren't already.... I'm just curious.
It is Tuesday afternoon. Time to see how we all did in WEEK #3
It was a tough week and some of us ended up doing pretty well while the rest of us were pretty mediocre. No one had more losses than wins. Going into the Atlanta/New Orleans game, JPinMilw looked to be in good shape to win the week. But I reckon there are times when one shouldn't bet against emotion. We tend to think of pro athletes these days as having little loyalty to their teams. But last night...
It was a big night for the City of New Orleans and its people. Getting back their team and the Superdome. And the team, the Saints, went out and kicked the Falcons' butts.
JPinMilw, Region and Liontamer ended up at 11-3 for the week. Region, with his trademark pick of 27 points in the tiebreaker, won the week. The final score was NO 23 Atl 3.
Close behind at 10-4 were Child, Pantalones, George, Sublime and Chiso.
Then the laggards. Johnboy, Fbaezer, Cowdoc, McGentrix, Kickycan, and Tico. Edgar, Osso and Jespah ended up at 7-7.
For the Year To Date:
We have had three different weekly winners: George, Realjohnboy and Region Philbus. The standings after 3 weeks (based on winners picked divided by games picked) look like this:
1) .782 Region (36-10)
2) .766 Liontamer (23-7)
3) .717 George (33-13)
3) .717 Cowdoc (33-13)
5) .695 Chiso (32-14)
6) .673 JPinMilw (31-15)
7) .652 Osso (30-16)
7) .652 JPB (30-16)
7) .652 Pantalones (30-16)
7) .652 Child of The Light (30-16)
7) .652 Johnboy (30-16)
12) .630 Sublime (29-17)
13) .608 McGentrix (28-18)
13) .608 Kickycan (28-18)
15) .586 Edgar Blythe (27-19)
15) .586 Jespah (27-19)
15) .586 Tico (27-19)
18) .521 Fbaezer (24-22)
Let me know what mistakes I made this week. Good luck in Week #4.
Thanks for playing.
