( EVENT "God created the earth and life etc) a discussion of such is entirely to the point. Indeed it is the seminal point at which the dichotomy with "science" arises. All other discussion over the "testing" of biblical accounts is secondary to this one and the evidence above points to the negation of the claim.

Acceptance of the "scientific position on creation" minimally entails a shift in the understanding of "life". Thus biblical references to "eternal life" may become vacuous.

We are not deaf. In fact, we are not stupid either. Mega was just a bit too enthusiastic when he said throughout. Then again, throughout would include the latter part. I won't quibble. This item is not that important to blow a gasket over.

I have been debating for days clearing up the ball of confusion here in this thread.

I am glad when I stop posting that the discussion goes on.

Then I can see how really far many have drifted from what is written in the Bible.

Since the last time Frank rudely interrupted me I posted a question.

(I guess Frank was maybe afraid of the answer so he had to throw the bigot gay scriptures up again.)

We are partakers of flesh and blood, Jesus only took part...

Again I will state that if you don't understand body, soul and spirit you cannot understand this..

I will repeat.

Body, soul and spirit is the crux of Christianity.

Jesus took the body (flesh) "part" but the soul (blood) "part" came from God not Adam.

We are born in sin because of the "soul" part that is passed on from Adam to us biologically.

Give this some thought.
