I am surprised your analysis is somewhat reasonable.

all complements welcome, even back handed ones

The question of course is what do we DO about all this.

Well look around and I suggest the actions of governments speak for themselves.

What makes you think that pouring millions of tons of solid waste into the atmosphere for years is not going to have any long term effect on how the sun relates to climate? Why wouldn't it?

snood -- Because he said so! What better reason is there? Besides, if the turkey admitted to the global warming that is patently real, he would have to take responsibility for his actions and he can not do that.

Pom, maybe you should go back to threads talking about philosophy or socialism or something like that, where you think you know something about it. For science, you never contribute any real data. Never any graphs, no meaningful scientific information, nothing, but instead a cute comment, which contributes nothing.

okie -- Considering that you are totally uneducated, far too naive for a man, incapable of logic, I simply ignore your statements. You simply don't know enough to judge, particularly when the subject is science. Betcha don't know what a conversation is, do you?

If you say so, plainoldme, it must be so.

Your statement does cause curiosity however. Do you think men are usually less naive than women?

As sexist as it might sounds, yes. Have you ever heard of a man being described as a dumb blonde? A leading component of the stupidity of the dumb blonde is actually naivete.

Sorry, but, you are the most naive man I have ever encountered.

But the most naive man you've ever encountered surely has superior intelligence to the smartest cow you've ever known.
