I've known Mr Cuellar when he went by Freddy in his 8th grade class in Quito Ecuador. He is very generous. I am sure he will give the money even if you don't solve the puzzle.

all i no is that there is eight words
the one we choose. ok also i got somthing for God's number. I looked it up and found God's completion. it says seven days to build the temple, seven church ages,seven year tribulation peroid, and 7 years it took the jews to rebuild the temple in tribulation
