I like this discussion. Well for reducing calories there are so many ways but it is important to keep this in mind that we should always choose natural ways for this purpose like exercise and diet both are effective. In exercise do some exercises daily and in food try to eat simple food and avoid high calories food.
Does anyone here know a substitution for chocolate? I heard of chocolate with stevia instead of sugar but it has almost as much calories as chocolate with sugar. Probably better for the teeth but it also makes you fat when you eat to much of it..

Another good way to cut down on your calorie is by relying on a healthy diet with low fat and low carb.
Gut your kitchen of any junk foods; load your refrigerator with vegies and other healthy items; cut down on portions regardless of the size you are served, make lower calorie choices for meals in the home as well as out. Exercise daily if only 15 or 20 minutes, do something.
Proper food intake and daily exercise. We just need to eat healthy foods to maintain the proper body structure. But we should find time for ourselves to keep this possible. Make it a hobby.
