Dinner tonight - or last night.

I changed my mind about making it tonight, we're going out for dinner,. I'll make it tomorrow

Meantime, Diane and I went out for her birthday lunch at our favorite Albuquerque chinese restaurant, and it was great again (does that make me sound like Trump?) In case you happen to be driving on Coors Blvd, it's Fai Wong, right nearby Albertson's. I had Kung Pao Chicken again, vegetables nice and crunchy with good flavor, the chicken perfect, the rice delicious, the sauce fantastic (we need to find out what the sauce is called). She had equally good Szechuan Beef with vegetables and sauce.

There are leftovers, and I'll probably attack mine for dinner later.

So Saturday night we went out for dinner. Seafood restaurant. Of course the kids ordered off the kids menu, chicken fingers, fries etc. The Rican and I ordered seafood, they had all you can eat crab legs. The only problem with the all you can eat crab legs is after your first serving you never see your waiter again. I put that in the review.

What about "The Boy"? He still not young enough to be eating off the kids menu, is he?

I'll bet he's a great role model for the younger ones.

I was a bad boy. Big juicy ol' burger with fries and a tall glass of beer.

I better jog today and no doubt about it.

I am having a simple roast chicken with rosemary and garlic, mashed potatoes and carrots tonight.

I know what you mean about those all-you-can-eat places.
Once I went to a place in NY city that advertised All You Can Eat spaghetti and meatballs $1.99.
When I asked for a second plate this tough guy shambled out of the kitchen and in his best Marlon Brando voice mumbled: "Alright, that's all you can eat!"

Antonio turned 11 last Month. Can you believe that?

Last month he told me " If I have more responsibility then I should bet a raise in my allowance"

Yea you know when I finally flagged the waiter down I made sure he only charged me for the crab legs that was on the menu and not the price for the all you can eat, he did!

And with the money saved he can give Responsible Antonio a raise in his allowance.

Off topic, but I heard on the radio the other day the Tooth Fairy is giving $5 to $20 per tooth nowadays. I don't know how he stays in business.

I might like to see a Marciano cook book.. and I might like to see a JCBoy cookbook, which would give citations re where you found stuff or fooled around with your own ideas. Including arguments re this and that. So, a jolly cook book.
