We've got a load of cheese after going to Frome cheese show.
I made a quiche last night, (no milk,) and tried spaghetti carbona for the first time a couple of days ago.
I had a truffle set from TK max, truffle olive oil, chopped truffles in a jar and truffles in a cream, also in a jar.
I used the truffles and oil a while back, but carbona is the only recipe I could think of for the cream.
