Well msolga, rain was forecast for today spoiling the big Clipsal 500 city car motor race. Sofar a brilliant day with blue skies and a mild 24 degrees, ideal for the 100.000 plus crowd. Inland a different story, many communities cut off from the outside world because of the torrential rains, very unusual for this time of the year. Can't even travel the highway to Broken Hill, flooded in many places.
Brilliant day here once again msolga, ideal for the Clipsal 500 car race.
Tonight we'll have, thick vegetable soup, roast pork with sauce, potato and various vegetables, followed by crumpled apple and plum pie with cream and ice cream.
Oh any super-chilled dry white will do, Dutchy.
I'm very easily pleased.

Marco is out of town until Friday and Antonio and I were busy shopping so I didn’t have time to make din din, we stopped downtown and had a Seafood po'boy with grouper chowder. Quite tasty!
Antonio and I had a flat tire after I picked him up from school so we had to wait for the car service to come out, so no time to cook again, got a bit out but when we came home I made him some tapioca pudding, its from a box but I made the whip cream from scratch using heavy whipping cream.
It has one but I wasn’t sure about changing it on the street. Especially having Antonio with me, I didn’t want to leave him in the car. So we just waited for the tow guy to change it. I didn't want to get my hands dirty
