In the process of starting tonight's dinner (it's going to be an early one) a tuna sauce ( with onions, garlic, green pepper, tomatoes, capers, parsley, etc) on pasta. Largely a "from the shelf & the fridge" recipe, with parsley from the garden.
About all up up to today .... sadly lacking in energy for some unknown reason.
But my dinner companion will understand & will swear it is great! Thank heavens for that!
