Delmonicos are marinated. Rice pilaf, and a salad. Maybe artichokes.

I've been staying at a friend's house dog-sitting while they are on vacation. Last night I took a package marked "chicken breasts" out of the freezer to defrost. Once defrosted, I realized it was an entire, unsplit chicken breast, about three poiunds worth. I grilled it up anyway and had it with brown rice and grilled asparagus. There are plenty of leftovers. I'll be eating chicken for a few days.

Last night we had grilled pork chops marinated in a ginger/sesame/soy sauce, and a cold noodle salad with lettuce, green onion, carrots, and sliced hot peppers, with a spicy peanut sate "dressing".

Ahem.

Last night we went to "the club" with my step-FIL. Holy crap. They had an unbelievable spread. Shrimp and crap and scallops and salmon at least two ways each, olives and composed salads with mussels, mussels on the half shell, baked mussels, green salads, soups, a pasta bar with canneloni and other baked speicialties, prime rib, walleye, chicken kiev, broccoli cheese souffle, and ice cream bar with all the mixin fixins for dessert.... Washed it all down with a Stoly on the rocks with three blue cheese stuffed queen olives.

Holy crap. BURP!!!!
