we treated ourselves to a nice lunch at the RIVERMILL overlooking the RIDEAU RIVER .
mrs h had rainbow trout with the trimmings and i had a superb calf's liver in madeira sauce Very Happy
we split a BIG creme brulee .
a great meal in wonderful surroundings - even better , we had a coupon for the second meal FREE Very Happy

Went to The Noodle Bowl with some friends last night.

I had hot and sour soup, followed by chicken satay on mango salad.

Sooooooo good.

Tomato soup with sauteed onions, chicken broth, pasta, mozzarella, hot italian sausage bits, and a goodly amount of not-that-hot green chile salsa.
