I meant to cook this last week, but didn't, for some reason: so tonight, what the recipe book calls "a good old fashioned Tuna Mornay".
Comfort food. Yes! Very Happy

Tonight: A favourite old Madhur Jaffrey recipe from years ago - Bean Curd with a Deliciously Spicy Sauce. Plus some Vietnamese greens, quickly wok-ed in oil with lots of garlic & some chili, then a little stock. Served on steamed Basmati rice.

Tonight: various, not necessarily complimentary left-overs from the fridge.

But hey, who cares? It was close to 40 C degrees today! Shocked

So whose going to sweat in the kitchen tonight? Not me! No sirreeee!
