Oh, Cav, that's scary!

I thought sonnets were those porno computer sites where your son keeps going because he can get around any blocks parents try to put on the family computer...

speaking of inventing new meanings, with an allusion to Cav's milk comment;
the term homo used for milk that has not had all, 1%, or 2% of its butterfat removed is blatantly incorrect as it refers to "homogenized", whereas the proper trem is "whole milk". All the milk is homogenized to prevent the butterfat (cream) from separating on the shelf. So calling the milk "homo" does not define it at all!

nit picker: someone who finds fault with the typically used names of milk types.

BoGoWo, of course, you are correct about the milk, despite the association that has arisen between 'homo' and 'whole' milk. Interestingly, some years ago, in an attempt to promote dairy products, the dairy board blitzed the city with billboard and subway ads. I nearly pissed myself when I got off at Wellesly station, portal to the gay village and saw a big 'Drink homo' ad staring at me, with a buff guy painted like a cow enjoying a mysterious white liquid.

Another funny promotion I saw the other day, and it fits here: The War Amps new fundraising program is called "Operation Legacy" Very Happy

Maybe a wee one, BoGoWo, but those posts were both true...I think the mean part of me says: "Dang, wish I had thought of those first."
