In the morning Lou usually gets up around 5:30 and wants out. Then he shows up again an hour later to eat, then he wants back out. Sunday I fed him at 6:30 with a "Friskies Buffet Whitefish and Tuna" from a can. Then I tried to let him out. He didn't want to go. He wanted the other half of that can of food and wouldn't stop bugging me until I gave it to him. Then he went out.
Sounds like a boss, too!
"Hey Lou, how tuna do you want, heh, boss"
"Lemme put it this way, I ain't here for takeout..."
Go Lou!
(any new photos of the boss cjhsa?)
{waving back at ya, kid!}

Loved the story of your cat's social life.
I asked Possum about his - but he gave a non-committal answer - I think there's something afoot (or a-paw!)
Bigdice! Great to see you - where ya been!?
margo, I seem to recall Possum rearranging the contents of your cupboards in your absence?

Well...the contents of the linen press were no more - that is - they were no longer contained within the linen press, but lumped in an untidy stack on the hall floor - a great sight to greet visitors!
He hasn't felt the need to do that for a while! (or maybe I've become more disciplined and don't keep him waiting so much!

)
You've gotten all tidy & organized, have you?
Linen press was always tidy and organised - as a result of having to re-stack it a cuppla times a week!
So, yesterday was one of the nastiest days of the year so far. First it snowed, then it rained and iced over, then it rained some more, then it snowed again... and Lou decided to go out at 5:30AM and not come home. We got pretty worried.
About 6:00 PM he showed up - and was hardly even wet. My best guess is he managed to get himself shut up in someone's garage and wasn't able to get out until they came home at night. What a dork.
I took a picture of Lou yesterday - total devil cat. I'll post it here once I get it uploaded.
handsome, dignified-looking fella, isn't he?
And there's Dante, doing what cats do best.
Good looking cat, that Lewis.
Lou's a stunner & Dante is a sweetie pie!
Very cute cats. Dante looks very graceful - reminds me a bit of Nisse...
