Lou likes to use stealth techniques when he goes rabbit hunting.

This Lou rabbit hunting thing, cjhsa.
I thought you lived in a city - for work & all that. (Not many rabbits in my city!)

Rosie has been missing for 36 hours and we are worried sick

She wouldn't come in on Friday night, wanted to play out - himself got up twice in the night and there was no sign of her and she hasn't returned. It's soo unlike her - she doesn't go beyond our small garden in daylight and not far beyond at night

Himself has searched and searched and I've put posters up

She's so nervous she'll be terrified if she's alive.

I'm praying she wasn't run over, isn't dead, but is locked in a shed or something and someone will read the posters, let her out and she'll come home.

A previous cat once disappeared for 3 days and came home ok and we assume that's what happened to her.

Oh no, Vivien!

36 hours! It doesn't sound like her at all.

Oh I hope she's OK. Every finger crossed. Please keep us posted.

Come home, Rosie! Sad

Oh Vivien, I'm so sorry to hear this! I'm feeling quite distressed for you myself! This is awful. Sad
I know how much Rosie means to you, so I can imagine how you & himself must be feeling. I imagine you've scanned the whole neighborhood by now. Has anyone seen any sign of her?
It's about 3 days now?
I just wish there was something I could do. Sad

I still have my fingers crossed & I'm hoping & hoping!

Take care,
Olga

I received an email from Vivien this morning (in response to mine yesterday).
Still no sign of Rosie. Things are not looking good. Sad
I'm still hoping, though ....

Oh thank you all of you for being so supportive Very Happy

well ..... we think she was over at the industrial estate - not somewhere she'd ever normally go, it's too far from home but himself had been over there repeatedly. Something must have spooked her on Friday and she ran there and got locked in somehow.

My daughter was so upset and worried when we told her on Tuesday night, that she booked today off and came over last night to spend last night and today searching with himself.

They were out for 3 hours last night with torches, finishing up at the industrial estate, climbing through bushes - thinking they may find a body Sad. My daughter thought she heard a miaow from some sort of pit and was preparing to climb down when some security men arrived and objected - they looked but found nothing.

I don't know if they checked elsewhere and found her locked in - but Rosie made it home 30 seconds before them - so I'm certain it was no coincidence, that she was let out from somewhere, heard their voices and followed - then ran home once she was back on familiar ground.

There was a pathetic croaky miaow at the back door - Paddy was in so it wasn't him Shocked Very Happy - in she came all happy to be home and upset and thin, with a little pinched looking sad face.

I hugged her, went to get her some chicken and phone the search party and they said they were at the front door!

A big group hug with Rosie squashed in the middle and lots of tears!!!!
