I hope this is the right forum to post this in. As some of you know, Frank Apisa and Hephzibah are currently in a fascinating debate; "Who's booty you kissin?". It seems that most are allowing them to carry out their discussion and debate, which is wonderful!
So far, it's been a very interesting film. This brings me to the Co-Anchor position. In-between posts there seems to be a lag in time due to Hephzibah's working and Frank's responsibilities, etc. So, WA2K-F was formed to recap the event and keep people updated and hopefully, a little entertained during the intermission.
I am hoping that someone out there would like to help with this? Frank and Hephzibah are both okay with the Commentary thing.
I know so many of you out there have marvelous sense of humors and could really add to the enjoyment of this thread and perhaps even at times if it gets a bit heated, can help provide a bit of levity for everyone.
There is no experience necessary for this position. Just a willingness to role play as a Co-Anchor person, heck, I'd even let you take the lead if you want!
Our current Co-Anchor has been reassigned to cover another issue.
So, send in those resumes!

I understand the Evanglicans have booted Pat Robinson from their radio board. Maybe he'll be interested. Quite the commentator I understand.
LOL. Actually, Seaglass I was kind of looking for someone who had views quite different than Pat Robertson (Robinson?). Actually, I'd love someone who has views pretty much in opposition to mine to take on the job. :wink: I think it would make for a more well-balanced commentary.

I may agree with certain parts of Pat Robertson's doctrine, but on the whole, no. I do not. I do not think Mr. Robertson is a good example of what Christianity is. I know that may sound judgmental and actually, it is. It's important to recognize in our religious leaders whether they do or do not portray the type of Christian Christ says to portray.
So, you interested in the position? I think you'd be good at it.

Momma, generally FM stations(that is what you mean, right?) are fully automated. If you are talking about a TV anchor, that's another form of the media.
I don't believe that I have the time to be program director of WA2K radio and anchor here, dear.
No problem, Momma. I probably over-reacted. I admit to being a bit paranoid since I am having so many problems with stuff since my husband died.
